On October 19th, 2004 Bound Brook Police Chief Kenneth Henderson was FALSELY charged with official
misconduct by the Somerset County Prosecutors Office.
The following day, Chief Henderson was suspended without pay from his employment. The Chief
maintains his innocence and intends to defend this case vigorously.

Accordingly, a legal defense fund has been established to help finance his defense. The defense fund will

It is clear Wayne Forrest does not want to go to trial. It is feared that his actions and actions by members
of his office will be revealed. The Prosecutor in NC was barred for far less then what has been done in
this case by the Somerset County Prosecutor.
