We will be focusing on developing legislation at
the state level to enact a " Citizens Protection Act " modeled after the federal legislation enacted in
1999. This law established protection of the
citizenry by corrupt and overzealous federal prosecutors. No such law exists today in the
State of New Jersey for state and county
prosecutors. This oversight by our lawmakers
have enabled law enforcement officers in
Somerset County to be put at risk.
